Excellent hotel. From the moment we arrived both my wife and I were delighted that we had selected this hotel. Hugh room with nice extras such as a hair dryer, and iron and ironing board, a microwave, a fridge, a coffee maker and the coffee. We loved the fireplace. Breakfast was very nice with many choices both hot and cold. My wife loved the fat free yogurt and the fruit. All this at a very reasonable price. And the staff were excellent.

The Huntsville, Ontario Best Western Plus is unusually clean, with all staff very attentive to maintaining the public premises and rooms in "as new" condition, despite high traffic. The staff was also unfailingly pleasant and considerate to all guests, regardless of age, gender, place of origin, etc. The morning breakfast was more than adequate and the staff maintaining the service area and the tables were attentive and very pleasant at all times. The food was adequate, if not luxurious. The desk staff were courteous and responsive. Although there was a bit of confusion over the rate, which changed during our stay and of which, apparently, we were unaware due either to our or our hosts, we agreed to a compromise. This Best Western Plus was definitely a "cut above" several other chain motel lodgings we have used in the past two years. We will definitely consider staying at a Best Western Plus in the future.

Awesome place. Nice spot in back for a picnic. Terrific grocery store across the street. One note to parents - the bath and shower faucets are the older type and do not really regulate the water temperature. And, the hit water temperature at the taps is hot enough to scald very quickly. So, be attentive. The motel really should reduce the temperature of the hot water to 115f.

it was very nice, the location was amazing. the staff were so kind and the hotel room was clean. it was quiet too. my child left his stuffed animal in our room and one of the staff members were kind enough to find it and mail it back

Great beds!!! , a bit pricey for a mid week rentals.... WiFi didn't work the best... Staff were very nice however..
