I have to 110% agree with the previous review. There is a specific receptionist, french quebecquer, blonde, glasses and on the curvy side- she has a real attitude problem. 3 years ago i thought she has a bad day, last year i thought she had a bad day, and today nothing has changed. I'm surprised they hired a woman with that type of patience to work at the reception. She needs to learn the meaning of empathy and compassion. If you don't love your job and genuinely helping other people, you might want to reconsider another job. Watch out woman, karma's gonna give you a big visit. Update: Her name is Claudette

The nurses are wonderful. The receptionist on the other hand, is RUDE. I thought perhaps that she was having a bad day the first time we visited the clinic but, she had the same bad attitude for our two visits after that! Excusez moi madame but, you work on the West Island of Montreal. English speaking people work and live here. Would it hurt your sensibilities to address the clientele in the language of their choice?
