Everyone at this place is great but my 5 stars is mostly for Dina. She is absolutely amazing at representing the clinic. Always calm, polite, patient and pleasant. Been going for many years and she never changes. Thanks, Dina!
Excellent service. All my questions answered and fears addressed. One on one support and follow-ups. The staff is A-1! Recommend to anyone in need of Sleep Aids.
First of all, the personnel were so very thorough, knowledgeable, and kindhearted. Using CPAP for the first time can appear daunting; they helped diffuse the situation. Very impressed and thankful.
Super helpful and accommodating staff! Have had an absolutely great experience getting treatment for sleep apnea here, great service from their whole team!
Great experience with Dina and Laurie at West Island location. Super team and highly recommend as they are special in every way and make the company shine. I also love how Apnée Santé keeps an e-community presence interacting with email newsletters, blogs, videos, Facebook, face-to-face and also on the phone - with an upbeat can-do attitude. Keep this up please, it is noticed and it is a component that attracted my notice of your company and brought you to the top. Bravo on the marketing and branding. Anyhow, with the need for a new CPAP - within days, I was at the clinic, picking up my CPAP device, CPAP Power Backup when we get power failures got to keep a solid uninterrupted sleep, Mask, UV Sanitizer and accessories. The team was professional A+ Thank you all. I recommend giving Apnée Santé a call.
Dina and Laurie are simply the best !!! Took care of me really well appointments so easy to make and they are super friendly and caring …. They helped change my life and even told me to come back if I need anything and I did and always welcoming !! Sleep apnea sucks but they are very knowledgeable and know their stuff Thank you Dina Amd Laurie
While I have always had a good experience at this clinic, the customer service provided by the always pleasant and professional Dina is noteworthy. We have all had our issues with poor customer service and so it is always wonderful to experience it the way it should always be. Thanks Dina. Nestled into the corner in SouthWestOne...you will find one of the best Apnea clinics around. Not only is customer service excellent the vibe is wonderful as well. They are knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. Front desk clerk is magnificent as well..you will definitely leave happier than you were when you arrived!!!
