My physiotherapist, Sheila has been a godsend. She visited our home the day after my knee surgery. Very informative and professional giving me exercises to do each day. Very hopeful which helped both my husband & I in keeping our spirits up. I highly recommend her.

The receptionist is quite literally useless. Does not try to help and pawns off calls to other clinics. This CLSC is not even busy, she should be replaced by a competent individual

Cancel our vaccine appointment 45 minutes before the appointment which we made months ago so the vaccine can be given in the recommended target period, and do not provide new appointment, we were told either we get the vaccine later than the recommended target or go private, pay out of our own pocket. Others mean nothing to them.

The youth clinic receptionist is EXTREMELY rude. I have been going to the clsc for check-ups for years now, and her customer service is extremely poor. I have left voicemails to make an appointment many times without her calling me back. There is an extreme lack of professionalism. It is important to make clients feel comfortable in this field, and she needs to be trained accordingly.

Very rude receptionist over the phone who is in charge of making doctors appointments. Has an attitude, and finds that checking two dates for appointment availabilities to be too difficult and mind-boggling pathetic. Not impressed. At least the doctors are nice, as well as the front receptionist different receptionist.
