TDC corrected/fixed a roofing issue which was done by another company. TDC has wonderful customer service and response time. A pleasure to deal with - and they do the job right!! We would not hesitate to use them again.

I called for a quote 2 days ago. The lady at the front desk said they'd get it done yesterday morning and then get us the quote last night or first thing this morning (said with attitude to be noted). I just called for a follow up as I have heard nothing and it's already noon. The front desk lady said "oh we actually ended up getting too busy with the home show. He might be able to get out today.. maybe." She was fully aware that this was a quote for purchase plus improvements on a home, time sensitive and some easy business for them. Just needed to get us the quote! I told her we would have to move on and find a company who could provide the quote when they said they would and she just said very snarly, "that's fine." Not impressed to say the least. Their lack of customer service on the front end of things just cost them a customer.

I highly recommend TDC Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof. They were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and honest about what needed to be done and what didn't. I ended up just needing a small repair (which they did promptly ) but when it comes time to replace my whole roof I will definitely be calling TDC Roofing!

I am a Realtor® and have used TDC Roofing to get quotes for my clients potential purchases. They have been very professional, on time and always supplied paperwork to me and to the client. We will be using TDC to replace our roof this year and did not interview any other roofing companies because we know they are honest, they do what they say they are going to do and full of integrity.
