Cineplex Cinemas

Cineplex in Fairview has seen better days. It's location in a mall and near don mills station is very convenient, however that's where it's advantages end. It feels very half baked as large sections are under construction and they lack many of the features one comes to expect with theatres including an arcade and vip experience. I hope to one day see a completed and glamorous Cineplex Fairview

went to watch despicable me 4 on tuesday and when i went to the auditorium i saw that my seat was broken! there was even a yellow sign on it saying its broken, but they sold me that seat online! like i don’t understand why would you sell a broken seat?!! so when i went to their manager they said i have to pay extra and choose another time to watch the movie! so i had to pay extra that day to be able to watch the movie… nobody was helpful at all! so disappointed !!

It was a wonderful place to watch the movie.nThe sound effects and the maintenance of the cinema were top notch, not to mention that it is a wonderful place to enjoy an evening movie with family or friends.nAlso, not to mention the staff were super friendly and were so helpful.nIf looking to go on movie with your family I would definitely suggest giving it a shot.

FREE WIFI. Great movie theatre. Clean and no smells. Recommend buying tickets online.

Disgusting service. The managerAdam C has no respect. Terrible customer journey and experience. Wasted my time. Wasted my night. I only wanted to watch a movie with my husband on a Saturday night. Supposedly 15 years of experience and was not able to accommodate or provide a decent service. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.
