WORST branch! Their so called " Senior" financial advisor lied to me about getting insurance when I clearly stated that I DONT want any insurance applied to my Visa/LOC. They are very unprofessional, its sad to see that at a CIBC bank. I have dealt with CIBC for over 10 years and never had a problem until I was exposed to this branch.
