CIBC Branch & ATM

I have been with CIBC since I moved to Canada which is 7 years ago, I love this location, they are very friendly and professional. they always help when I have any question or inquiry. one time my account got overdrawn because I forgot about a pre authorized debit, Kim the head teller offered to reimburse the charges without me asking her because she told me this is the first time happened to you so I will reimburse it as good gesture. I really appreciated the fact that she offered this without me asking. that tells me that they care about their clients.

Unfortunately I'm with CIBC, the staff here are rude and aggressive. They have no patience and frankly I have no idea how they go day to day treating people so horribly. Dealt with a teller named Kim, between her temper tantrums, stomping around and slamming chairs I had enough and just dealt with her manager directly, whom was more polite but no more helpful. I left and called customer service and had my issue resolved in minutes. Avoid this location at all costs.

The atm is open 24 hours. That was convenient when I needed it.

This place is going down and getting worse and worse every time I step foot in it. Starting with the atm machines, they used to have 4 of them and now they took 2 out leaving just 2 of them which they claim are better than the previous ones, which doesn't matter because there is still just 2, and we are in the age of self service. They don't have envelopes at the atm machine so someone could put their cash in, claiming there is not a spot for them on the machine, it's like well get creative you numb nuts, use the walls beside them! The lineups for getting to a teller are always excruciating long and slow. Even at times when you would THINK there should be more tellers (Fridays-paydays) nope, 3 or 4 tellers tops while there are 3 people in the background &#%$ING the dog. A random employee comes up to you in the lineup while you're waiting for a teller, and asks you what you want to do today, I say I need a withdrawal, she asks me how much do you need? I said lady, I'm in a line with people around me and don't feel comfortable discussing my intentions in front of them all. They have online banking, but that experience is more like in- line banking. I just honestly regret leaving TD Canada trust for these idiots ....
