I don't know whyt his place is poorly reviewed. I've been banking there for several years and the staff are very welcoming and pleasant. Always doing their best to accomodate special requests to clients in good standing which makes a world of a difference when your in a bind. As for the ATM, it is to the right of the bank in a small vestibule, not in the bank lobby..but what's wrong with going 4 steps over to access it? Over the phone client service is also reliable and fast.

Nothing but poor customer service over and over again. I wouldn't recommend this Bank to anyone.
