Long wait times in line waiting.   Very few staff.  Machines that spit out ejected cash for no reason when you are depositing.  It's a great feeling at night when you are alone.  No one would robe you right!!!!!   Then the machines accept the cash when you start over.....GREAT!!!!!!!     -3 SHOULD BE THE RATING.

Excellent Customer service ever . Just wanted to thank Terri Fransisco for helping me to find  best plan for my business account. Terri was  extremely professional  and super patient. I switched my business account from RBC to BMO.   Thank you one more time and all the best.

Impossible to talk to a person at the branch if you  don`t have a contact.  Phone system will just hang up if you don`t know a person.
