Tellers are helpful and professional. I have not had any problems at this branch.

The worst customer service experience. The teller was super rude and so was the Assistant Manager. They made mistakes over mistakes in a transfer I was trying to get done. They overcharged my account without my authorization. They were unapologetic and the Assistant Manager was unprofessional and petty. They need to be trained for professionalism, get cultural sensitivity training and learn how to treat customers politely.

Always this brush is very late and slow . Yesterday they treated me horrible. The manager on duty 3.30pm does not know what customer service is ... I had a concern to solve a problem and practically sent me home to request it. The customer services is horrible . I think about closing everything that has to do with this bamco

Never have I ever received worse customer service in my life. I just waited 3 hours on hold for a visa representative and then I was suddenly cut off. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. What is wrong with you people? Hire more people PLEASE, I think you can afford it.

I went to use the atm and it was closed because of covid, so I has to spend more time and money and gas going f another bank down the street to use their atm which cost me an extra 6$ and about 30mins of my time. The time before that, there were 2 people camped out in the atm spot coughing and sleeping so you had to literally step over one of them to get to the atm. It was very dirty as well. I was not impressed that I had to use another bank's machine and pay to go further out of my way. They didn't notify customers online or anything that they were putting limited hours on the atms. They should have put a swipe your card to get in after a certain time like most other banks.

Branch staff are excellent. The ATMs close at 21h. Not appreciated especially as it has one of the few US$ withdrawal options.

Very unprofessional teller. Answering questions with difficulties. Makes you feel you r asking him a favor. I feel very uncomfortable at this location. RBC has no sympathie for people with disabilities: neither the VISA département. My rating is 0. I had no option but to give one star. I don’t think they d’Isère it. Based on my experience

One of the worst banks we’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Constantly putting holds on my cheques because they come from a First Nations community. Constantly bouncing my mortgage because the try to take it out the day before my mortgage company has asked them too which is a complete money grab on their part. Racist, ignorant, rude staff. Refuse to handle and rectify their mistakes. Closing all accounts and moving to my local credit union.

Terrible branch. All the clerks are very unwilling to help you or try and find a solution. Refuse to do even basic services like changing American without you fully setting up an account. Rbc customer service is also some of the worst around. Good luck finding an Rbc atm too since they’ve shuttered 90% of them in the past years. Steer clear of the stuffed shirts with their auto-script and no abilities or knowledge at the south keys RBC or better yet pick a better bank like TD, Cibc, or Scotia who actually want to help their customers and have a future in Canada. From a 10 year account holder who’s closing it ASAP.

This is exactly why I hate going inside the branch. I need exactly a 20 dollar bill and 2 twoonies.... but the machines dont give change so I have no choice.... I've been standing in line 20 minutes...one customer is cashing in about 500 in change and the other is talking about her whole life to the teller... I get that both tellers have to be welcoming and friendly... but what about people who are in a rush and need to go.... were stuck lining up for long periods of time? Maybe a manager or back up teller should be available. What an added aggravation and stress...then the guy lining up in front of me was waiting longer just to ask to tell the teller he is here for an appointment because nobody was there to greet him or answer questions. Ridiculous
