BMO Bank of Montreal

Service is horrible. Never enough tellers, and they have a real hard time with denominations of money (IE what a box of loonie's is worth, what 100 X $5 is, etc) which makes no sense if your working for a bank, this is standard knowledge! Also, they seldomly have the amount of change I need! It's not like it is a huge amount either! No matter what time you go in, allot at least an hour. They really need to look at improving this branch!

Wish the had the business counter still but check the peak times and then avoid them to get in and out quickly. Staff is great.

I have been here several times. I see so many bad reviews but I think I should share my good experience about this place: 1- I needed to pay the tuition and fees of the school and it was a considerable amount of money, my intention was to withdraw the money and take it to the registration in Surrey. The manager (middle-aged lady) convinced me not to do so and use transferring method instead. I am happy about it since I learnt something new and I did not have to carry money on me. 2- I saw personally when the ATM has issues, the manager stands there and helps customers, how many managers have you seen doing this?! 3- You can see a variety of people from different cultures here, so if you have some problems in terms of language, definitely on of the staff can help you.

This branch does not deserve a single star, but I cannot post this review if I don't give a star. The tellers are EXTREMELY rude. Lack of professionalism. I had two tellers badmouthing a client right in front of me. I did not need to hear any of it as a customer. Every time I visit this branch, I have wait in line for at least 30 minutes. Please go to a different branch if you need to visit BMO.
