The staff here are always very nice and pleasant to deal with. The line ups are short or move quickly along. I patronize this branch over any other one.

If I can rate negative, I will do it. The teller I deal with, she needs more customer service training. Basic training,  how to say "Thank you" "Please". I don't recommend this branch.

I tried to initiate an RRSP transfer through this branch, & it never happened! The only explanation I was given, after many hours of frustrating inquiries on my part, is that they "were really busy" at the time I filled in my paper work since it was RRSP season. They did re-locate the paperwork I filled out, but I told them not to bother re-sending it to the other institution I wanted to transfer my RRSPs from. I was never offered any compensation for the amount of time my RRSPs were not properly invested since I was waiting for them to be transferred to TD, or even the hours I spent trying to figure out what the issue was. I do not think this is acceptable, & I closed my account today after 10+ years of using TD as my primary financial institution.
