RBC Royal Bank

If you're a business customer, don't bother to choose this branch. I'm waiting for 20 minutes already lining up and still waiting. The personal banking line moves way faster and they don't seem to care for business customers waiting at all. Time is precious and the bank should know better about it

It was really unhappy service for waiting time (average around 40 minutes) and not fast processing I hope some head managers come there and fix the huge problem soonar or later. they need re education for a better working most of them who working there.

Come to RBC as new customer ask for credit or bank account yes you welcome same day appointment,after that when you want to speak to financial advisor sorry all booked throw the appointment few days later.

Incompetent manager and service reps. I called to rbc call center to ask how I can withdraw money from my line of credit, the advisor told me to visit rbc branches to get over the counter cheques. I double checked if over the counter cheques are available for line of credit accounts he confirmed Then I went to this brach and the manager and my service rep told me they cannot do it but another bigger branch 15 mins away can do it for me. So I walked there and the other branch told me, rbc doesn't offer this option for line of credit accounts at all. I understand people can make mistakes, but the chance of multiple people making mistakes is a clear sign of incompetency. why should I trust this guys can handle my money properly when they even dont know their own products?
