Story

Ciao Thyme began as a catering company, expanded into cooking classes, developed a following for its Incognito dinner events and finally opened its Cafe in 2011. The cafe provides easy access to Ciao Thyme's unique, flavorful culinary inventions including new menus each month as well as the take-home dinner entrees, sides and soups available in its display fridge. First time here and I love the place. Entrance is nice and cozy then you walk into a dining hall area with more of a community dining. I find that pretty nice. Great service and amazing food. I tried their pork apple salad. Really great flavor and delicious. I'll be coming back.

We were fortunate to attend an event here where we were given the best service and the highest quality eats I have ever experienced. These folks love their food! We enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner, each outdoing the rest. Pancakes, amazing! Chicken Tangine bowl, flavor central! Short rib, sinful! Amazing food, amazing service, amazing experience! Thanks again!

If you love food, you will love this place. Unrivaled quality and attention to detail! Food to go and sit down lunch are amazing and their cooking classes and incognito dinners are always a blast. To top it all off, they also offer world class catering.

The food here is SO good EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. You can tell they put a lot of thought, time, and passion into their seasonal menus. The staff is friendly and professional. This is a sit down, slow food eatery worth every penny.

Far and away the best food in town. It is our own Chez Panisse. The owners give so much thought to the complementary flavors in each dish. My mouth is always delighted. There is nothing ordinary about the amazing tastes, but there is no odd pairings of flavors, just to be edgy. The balance of rich, sweet, fresh and savory is just perfect. Combine that with great presentation, a relaxed atmosphere of happy anticipation, and locally sourced ingredients, and you won't find any place in town that even comes close. I highly highly recommend that you find an excuse to dine there very soon!
