Brandywine Kitchen

Delicious, fresh, local, surprising in all the right ways. My date and I loved it! I had the BLT: thick, crisp bacon, fresh heirloom tomato, fresh greens including arugula, a light garlic aioli, and a delicious relish all served on a very fresh baguette. I had a cup of their lightly curried lentil soup on the side and a big glass of lavender Earl Grey iced tea. My date had the generous and wonderfully savory Texas sandwich. We will be back. Especially since the waiter and kitchen staff were cheerfully accommodating with my food allergies.

I loved the Sasquatch Sandwich. It ranks among the tastiest vegetarian sandwiches I've ever had. The servers were very kind, and it was a cool atmosphere. I was hoping to have their Mac n cheese, but they were out of stock, which was a little disappointing.

Trying to describe the menu would be like explaining heaven just by looking you in the eye. The perfectly balanced Mediterranean sandwich of eggplant and secret aioli with a delectable bowl of butternut squash soup is an example of tasting the rainbow here in Bellingham. The fish and chips are out of this world: in fact, if there is life on another planet, I would bet that aliens are knodding in agreement as they read this. Yeah, it's that good.

Gluten-free fish n chips (dedicated fryer!) were delicious. They had some other good gluten free options on the menu, including dessert!
