Dragon River

This is one of the more authentic places in town, I love the menu because it has very authentic options as well as americanized fare. It's not a gorgeous place, but it's about typically decorated for an authentic chinese restaurant. You can hear the food being cooked after being ordered. It's priced pretty reasonably and you get a filling portion. Food comes quickly no matter how busy, I've found. The only thing I'd caution is that the lady who takes orders is brusque at times, though very kind. She is all about business and efficiency, which I suppose makes sense considering how quickly food comes out of the kitchen.

Delicious food and great service. Our kids enjoyed their meal and they've requested to go back to the restaurant again. I grew up in Asia and this is by far the most authentic Chinese food I've had here in US.

Delicious food, there's nothing else like it in town, but they are constantly under staffed, and this greatly affects the level of service you will receive. If you're ok with trading off service for food that's a unique experience in this town, go try it.

I couldn't ask for more. This cozy environment provides a quiet place to relax and a meal to fill my belly. The staff is quick and helpful. I've liked everything I've ever ordered here. There are over 10 lunch specials that all cost less than $10, which includes enough food to make me consider packing up leftovers. I recommend the Gong Bao beef.
