Don't waste your money ordering from here! Definitely not worth it. The chicken has absolutely no flavour. You'll receive the most bland chicken possible, not even salt can be tasted. We made the mistake of ordering the chilli cheese fries as well. Assumed that for $10 we'd get a decent portion. It's not even enough for one person. A small fries from Mcdonalds has more fries... the audacity of this place to charge so much for a few fries and a spoon of chilli. Another local spot Cabanos has chilli cheese fries for $1 more and they are about 5x the size! Add to that the chilli also has no flavour. This experience was such a waste of money. If you're looking to support local, please find other options that will taste good. This one is NOT it!

Ordered from uber eats. Took a bite to find out chicken was completely undercooked. Had to throw it out immediately and hope that I didn’t get food poisoning. Honestly didn’t want to write this review especially around these tough times for small businesses. However, I called the restaurant and a lady picked up and ensured i’ll get a refund. Never got it, and ultimately my money was wasted.

After waiting on this order from doordash for over an hour, I realize the chicken was completely undercooked after I'd already eaten some of it. I am completely disgusted at the quality of this restaurant... especially during covid when there are people getting sick left right and centre and here I am eating uncooked chicken that can possibly give me food poisoning. I am so shocked at this place. 0/10

I purchased the chicken burger and the wings. Overall I didn't enjoy the sandwich because they used sweet pickles instead of dill. Other than that it was ok. The issue was that the food had what seemed to be plastic fibers in the wings batter. I wrote into the restaurants contact us to see if they could comment but i didn't hear back.

I don't normally bother to leave reviews, but this dining experience has been too appalling to keep quiet on. My partner and I just ordered from CHKN using UberEats. There was a "buy 1, get 1 free offer" on several items, including fried chicken and popcorn chicken, so we decided to try an order of each of the aforementioned, and went with the "recommended" sauce suggestion of gravy, and an additional Chipotle Mayo, and Fermented Hot Sauce. First issue: the bag contained exactly one order of each of the chicken item - we "bought 1", but failed at the "get 1 free" step. Second issue: the flavour of the gravy is horrifying. The taste is indescribably bad. I would add that the minuscule portion for $4 is also egregious, but the flavour is so bad that receiving less than expected is actually a blessing in this case. Third: I don't know what a "watercress aoli" is, but what I can assure you of is the fact that I did not order it. No seasoning or flavour in the fried chicken, the popcorn chicken, OR the sauces - except the gravy, of course, which doesn't taste good, but I suppose that even "bad" counts as a flavour. This was greasy, deep fried chicken dinner, so my expectations were not that high, but I have to say that I at least expected it to be edible. And for a total of $60+ for dinner, this is outrageous. You should be ashamed of yourselves for sending food of this quality out the door.

Tasted pretty good, but I'm disappointed with how small the sandwiches are, they're about the size of a junior chicken. You will definitely still be hungry if you order a sandwich, so maybe just get it as a snack if you're willing to spend that amount of money on a snack. I don't think I would again, but maybe the way the chicken is prepared is right up some people's alley

I really enjoy the OG fried chicken burger and the wings. But sometimes I have ordered several times now, the honey garlic wings do not have near enough honey garlic sauce on them. While not dry by any means, you have to pause and 'seek out' the honey garlic taste and sometimes it's just not there. It's a little inconsistent. But whoever did them today friday evening definitely was stingy on the sauce. The also think the chicken sandwich could do with a different kind of pickle than what comes with it. One other thing that I find odd but humorous. The sauce that comes with the wings is labelled "ranch", but it is without question a dill dip/sauce. I love dill, so I don't mind at all! I've noticed this happen more than once. Keep up the 2 for 1 uber deals folks, it makes it a very good order value!

I got the popcorn chicken, max and cheese and the Brussel sprout Cesar and my lord. I wanted to keep eating but I was too full by the end of my meal! The food is so fresh and very tasty and the sauces add that bit of extra kick on top. Will definitely be ordering again

Just tried CHKN off of Uber eats and let me tell you, it took 30 minutes for the bike delivery but it was worth it. The packaging kept everything hot still and nothing was soggy. It was amazing. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Solid fried chicken. Not too greasy, so you don’t have that gross feeling normally associated with fast food. Only concern was the medium spice was not too flavorful.
