The dining area is on the smaller side, but we were seated quickly as a group. The servers were very friendly and were attentive. Even though we ordered the small sizes of the boneless chicken to share, there was more than enough food and we all left full. The chicken also comes with some potato wedges and rice cakes. We ordered the chicken with the soy garlic, spicy and creamy onion sauce and all were delicious. The snowing cheese fries were also very well seasoned and crispy. This place was a cozy spot for Korean fried chicken and we’d definitely come back.
Very nice people with good service! This is one of my favourite chicken place. Always order takeout or on delivery apps! Taste good, the chicken crispy and juicy! Thank you for the little gift! I’m coming back for sure! Highly recommended!
Ordered for takeout and they threw in free snowing fries and 2 cans of pop! Placing order was easy and smooth at the counter, worker was really nice too. Chicken Plus has the best tteokboki because of the long noodle-like texture and shape. Parking is a little stressful on a Saturday evening as this complex is mainly food and has amazing options.
My friend and I would always go back here to order our fav Creamy Onion chicken. Steve is the best server! He would always accommodate us with a smile on his face. He gives complimentary stuff as a welcome back gesture, which we really appreciate. It’s the best place!Food: 5/5
My friend group of 10 tried 5 different Korean fried chicken places, including bb.q chicken and MyMy, and rated each in terms of value, crispiness, taste, moistness, and presentation. This one scored the highest in all of the areas. Bravo.
Ordered the original crispy chicken and it was the worst fried chicken I ever had. There was ZERO seasoning, not even salt! Was like eating paper, meat wasn't marinated & batter unseasoned.Food: 1/5
I've had lunch here before and their service was great the staff made my mom feel young and special. It's also the only restaurant that specializes solely in "fried chicken" at this corner. I love their chicken and sauces here! I'm just back now to review this place because I've forgotten to in the past. I preordered take-out pickup this time. Their online ordering using Google/Ritual works perfectly. The pickup was communicated to me via text and email, and when we arrived and went directly to the side of the counter, it was already set to go the place was packed today during Victoria Day long weekend with a line up at the takeout counter! They even threw in a can of coke... But that wasn't it... THEY THREW IN A FREE BOX OF FRIES TOO! So sweet of them! Thank you for serving our community here, even on a long weekend! Keep up the good work and good food!
Good but not amazing. The chicken was pretty normal. Some of the thicker drum pieces were a little dry and yang-nyeum flavour tasted like ketchup. The soy garlic was good. The Rosé tteokbokki was very interesting! A creamy twist on the traditional style with a longer softer rice cakes.Food: 4/5
quaint little restaurant with kind service! despite them specializing in fried chicken, the rosé tteokbokki was delicious. brought the rest of the rosé sauce home because it was that tasty Food: 5/5
I was skeptical at first, thinking it might be another fake Korean fast food owned by Chinese. But thank god it's not. I have tight connection with Korea and Korean culture for almost 20 years. I'm glad to confirm the food is authentic. I ordered takeout today at the store - original crispy chicken, Yang Nyeom sauced chicken and cream cheese fries. The male cashier owner? was very friendly and polite. My order was ready in 15 mins. I wouldn't say the portion is big, but moderate, reasonable. They also gifted me a free coke. Thanks. I especially enjoy the cream cheese fries. The amount of cheese sauce is crazy. It's one thing I love about authentic Korean restaurants - They never go cheap on ingredients.
