We believe that high quality ingredients, generous portions, and good ol’ hospitality are key to a perfect casual joint.This isn’t a carbon copy of another fried chicken restaurant in Nashville. We do our own thing, our own way, with a lot of heart.All of our spice blends are made in-house; even our Carolina Reapers and Ghost Peppers are blended by hand to ensure we are using the purest and hottest peppers possible! All our chickens are brought in from a local Ontario farm, are grain-fed, free-run, never receive any hormones or steroids, and are 100% halal."

Without a doubt the best fried chicken in the city and probably the best I've ever had. Excellent flavours, taxtures, and cooked to perfection. Their breading is light yet super crispy, and despite delivery, remained crispy - even the sauces up options we ordered. Sauces/flavour options are incredible, the sweet heat and lemon pepper being our favourites. Their in house dipping sauces are also amazing and a must! Everything, even down to the bean salad which I'm not usually a huge fan of, was absolutely incredible. Portions are great and value is definitely worth it given the high quality and execution. This is a must try for any fried chicken fan and likely will be a list topper!
Decided to stop by this place as I heard it had a Michelin bib gourmand. Everything was very good The service was good. Just being my first Michelin experience I thought I would be blown out of the water. It was just a good chicken sandwich with good chicken bites.Food: 4/5
The Michelin Guide knows very well why they included this place in their list, and rightly so. The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich was delicious, the flavors were perfected, the waffle fries tasted amazing, had a great color and were crispy. However, this place is not very nice, crates with buns were in the middle of the restaurant, it looks like you are sitting there during the renovation. Staff was not in a very good mood either.
We had two OG sandos on brioche buns and an order of waffle fries and everything was unbelievably delicious. The waffle fries were super fresh made to order and just gigantic! Seasoned well with salt as well. The sandwiches were crispy with the perfect amount of breading but it is the flavours between the seasoning and the sauce that take them to the next level. $40 for lunch for two people with tip is 100% worth it! The only thing I recommend watching out for is the spice level. My husband got mild/medium which is supposed to be their lowest heat level and he found it too overwhelming. We will be back!
The OG sandwich was pretty good. The fried chicken coating was darker than I expected. Could have been close to end of oil life. The place wasn't clean, service lacklustre, damp towel in window, something leaking.Food: 4/5
This has been our go-to place for fried chicken lately. We like the sandwiches and the chicken pieces. The pieces have a 15-20 minute wait time but come out piping hot. The chicken is so moist, flavorful, and delicious! Highly recommend this spot.Food: 5/5

A Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant serving Nashville style hot fried chicken! @chicas.chicken located in the junction is quite popular for their crispy and juicy in house spice rubbed chicken sourced locally. I tried their OG SANDO and even though I can't handle spice, this was delicious with the mid spice topped with slaw. This is a place to check out after a tiring grocery haul.
I've been enjoying Chica's chicken for a couple of years and can fully recommend to anyone who loves fried chicken, fried pickles very tasty, sauces, and sandwiches The Buffalo sando is a favorite. Sweet heat bites are fire, super saucy with pickled jalapeños, packed with flavor. The first time I got the original sando, I ordered it hot af, and I nearly died. The spice is fiery! Now I get medium spice because clearly I can't handle the Nashville heat, lol. Ordering online in advance is usually on time, but if it's not timed out right, the food is packed in a plastic bag and tied. Please ditch the plastic bags as they compromise the integrity of the deep fried goodness. No one likes a soggy waffle fry : The best part is the chicken is halal and local! Thank you, Chica's Chicken !
Best place to have an authentic OG chicken sandwich Please make sure you know your spice level I can say it’s the best nashville style chicken sandwich i ever had And LCBO is around the corner so location is perfect for a perfect weekend if you don’t want to waste bills on expensive fancy restaurants. This sandwhich is what you can die for MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR MORE WELLCOOKED BECAUSE IT WILL INCREASE THE SMOKY FLAVOUR
