Story

For over forty years we've been quietly chipping away at creating quite possibly the best little health food store around.

Here, you can come and relax over a great cup of tea or nourishing meal in our quaint cafe, or get some answers to what ail's you from the wizards in our supplement department.

But the cream of our crop lies within our health services. Here's where all of our pixie dust gathers. Massage, Acupuncture, Facials even Reiki all are available upon request. Our list of feel good tricks goes on, but we'll stop there. You'll just have to come by and enjoy it for yourselves.
