Chicko Chicken

Very fresh and crispy fried chicken with nice large portions! Loved the pickled radish that balances out the greasiness of the fried chicken. Tried the Padak Padak half size chicken and there was lots of shredded green onion on top which was nice. The shake shake fry cheese topping is both sweet and salty.... Nice.... But probably bad for you cuz it tasted like the aspartame type of sweetness.

The fried chicken is very delicious when eaten hot. It is very crispy and juicy. However be aware that it takes a LONG Time to get your order - be prepared to wait a min of 25 min. It is better to call the store and order ahead if you are in a hurry. I came to the store at around 4 pm in weekday and there was only one table of guest waiting for food, the staffs don't seem to be busy. They told me it takes 20 min for them to fry the chicken. I came back 20 min later and they were still working on the order. I waited 5 more min. It is nice that they fry chicken to order, you get the fresh chicken, but it is quite ridiculous for having to wait 25 min for fried chicken. It defeats the purpose of fast fried food. I think the store should train their staffs better on time management. When I came back again there was another customer complaining about the wait time. They have already waited for 30 min but the staffs are still making their orders. This plaza has 30 min limitation on parking and it doesn't make sense to let customers wait so long for FRIED chicken. By the way, the store website is not working so please fix this. The store claims that you can order ahead online but it doesn't work.

Nice service with wonderful food provided! Their chicken are freshly made Tried Soy Garlic and Yangyeom, they come with one drink and one little box of pickled radish. Love this combination and totally satisfied!!

When we got the order, Soy sauce chicken was hot but the original chicken was warm Almost cold, and it’s only 1.4km away from my home. It means they pre fried the chicken and preserve under warm conditions. If you guys are busy and can’t keep the quality, just close the Ubereats til you can handle well again ^^ Btw, the flavour are just general / in average , not special or delicious.

I love KFCKorean Fried Chicken and Chicko Chicken is one of my favourites. This location is brand new and it was very clean. I ordered four different flavours and my favourites were Sweet and SpicyYang Yeom and Green Onion chickenPa Dak. I actually recommend Pa dak to anyone who hasn’t tried. Julienned green onions and fried chicken surprisingly go well together. Chicken tasted great and the staff was friendly. I will definitely come back.

With my enjoyable experience eating the korean boneless chicken from Chicko Chicken, the new Richmond location is a welcome one. The quality standards of this newly opened location is definitely high as they gave a great portion that filled the box and the chicken was made crunchy, juicy and saucy. This also impressed the family critic who doesn't enjoy eating "outside food" has said that she would love to eat this again. I only hope that the portion and quality standards by this staff and kitchen remain consistent for years to come.

It is more delicious than chicken sold in Korea. The service, quality, and quantity were satisfied and I was touched by friendly staffs. I think I'll be a regular here! Yangyeom chicken and Buldak, Padak were really nice!!!!!!!

Amazing Korean fried chicken. Do be aware that the wait will be on the longer side 20min+, but the quality of food that you're getting is amazing. I reccomend going for their bone in half-half, with half original fried and half yangnyeom, buldak, or haek buldak. Chicken is best enjoyed with beer they dont sell this, or another carbonated beverage that isn't too sweet. For sides I recommend getting the pickled radish as a palette cleanser, and thr Shake Shake fries fries with cheese seasoning for shearing. I reccomend getting a whole order for individuals with larger appetites, and a half order if you want a snack. The chicken itself is perfectly seasoned to my taste, and very savoury regardless of what flavour you choose. Its double fried until tender even the white meat is tender, and is rich, while not being greasy. If you're eating in they offer gloves and plastic cutlery, and if you're sharing they also offer small paper plates. Moist towelettes are also given with napkins for easy after meal clean up.

I got the yangyeum chicken, full order. I was happy to have received a side of pickled radish and a cold can of coke.l with it. I was also very happy at the amount that I got and how freshly fried it was. I would say I liked the flavour and taste of the sauce from here more than cocoru! But, please do try this place!!
