Came here on a Friday night around 8pm and got seated pretty quickly surprisingly! The menu is very interesting, it is digital and will require a smartphone. Service was friendly, fast and attentive. The cheese balls are delicious!! I think they say Jalapeño in their description but I can barely taste that and there is no spiciness but I don’t mind. I found it yummy. Soy Garlic Boneless Chicken was yummy as well but did not have enough soy garlic flavour in my opinion. Crispiness was on point for these! The original Chicken wings were hot hot hot!! And the crispiness was great on these too. Not sure why we ordered the poutine, but it was good too! They did it the correct classic way and had the cheese curds cold and the gravy hot!! I think the only thing was the pricing was a bit much for the amount of food you received. So this is definitely a place that you go to once in awhile to treat yo self!

Best fried chicken in the city for sure. The soy garlic chicken is so crispy and flavourful and the potato wedges are so fluffy. The dipping sauce they give with the wedges are nice and creamy too. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for good fried chicken and a cozy place to drink.

Great place for Korean fried chicken in Richmond! The few times I've been to Cocoru I've consistently enjoyed their fried chicken. It's a great place to go to share with friends. A little pricey at $31 for the chicken and $6.50 per deep fried rice cake. However the chicken is delicious! It's moist, crispy, and just the right amount of sauce. We got the half and half soy garlic and Dakganjeong sweet spicy. The wedge potatoes address also surprisingly really crispy and soft and creamy inside! I'd probably just go for the chicken and fries and looking forward to trying their Yangnyeom chicken next time!

Never disappoints! A must visit destination whenever I am in Richmond. The chicken is phenomenal and the owner Andrew is incredibly kind! Be sure to make a reservation as it can get quite busy during peak dinner hours

Go to fried chicken place in richmond! Soy sweet chicken is delicious! Usually get the half and half to try a bit of everything. Fast service and tasty food in general. Better to dine in so that chicken stays warm and crispy. They currently have a holiday special where that for all orders over $50, you get to spin the wheel of fortune and win prizes! Won a strawberry soju and a free yam fries! Make reservations too for a big group. They get quite busy!

In an inconspicuous location in Richmond, this place serves some seriously tasty fried chicken. The sides almost stole the show though, specifically the mozzarella sticks and taquitos. As far as a Korean fried chicken place is concerned you can’t go wrong with Cocoru!

Great place for korean fried chicken. IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO PEANUTS THE YANGNYUM HAS PEANUTS ON IT! We weren’t aware since its uncommon so ours came with peanuts and someone in our party has an allergy. Cocoru hurt my kokoro. Other than that great food.

Their soju cocktail is a must try! The glass presentation made it even more interesting. We ordered bone in chicken, they were ok. I love the yam fries.

It’s a very nice place for small group get together. Very interesting decoration. All the flavour of the chicken is great taste. The chicken is a bit dry. Overall, it’s a great place to get a bit and get together with friends.

Nice place. Good food. Chicken had me stuffed. Maybe a bit pricey but the food is good quality.
