No problems with the medical centre or booking an appointment spot, but had a problem getting out of the parking lot.  Inserted toonies and loonies but the arm would not go up.  Had to finally reverse back into the parking lot and get someone from pharmacy to come out and use their pass.  Have another appointment today and am paranoid about this issue happening again.  No reason was provided as to why it didn't work, and no emergency number listed to call.

Treated my Auntie very well. Saw that she had her appointments and medications in line. Clean safe environment.  Friendly, caring and efficient staff.

Became a patient recently, 6 months ago or less. They messed up my birthday not once but twice. Getting any medication renewed requires either a doctor's visit or two weeks notification which I was NOT informed of. When the pharmacy sends in a request, they claim they didn't get it. My pharmacy sent in 4x a request for my one med I desperately need and still didn't get a response, call the office to see what is going on and only then I'm informed of the two weeks notice policy that should have been told to me on day 1. The "waiting room" is unpleasant, no decorations, chairs sparse because of COVID restrictions. Over all not a place I'd have chosen had I a choice.

I have been trying to reach my doctor for two days and the phone just rings and rings, I’ve even tried getting ahold of a different doctor and same thing. Can’t even book an appointment when needed. Ridiculous.

Doctor here can't remember his name figured out what was wrong in 5 minutes... my former family doctor Dr Afzal took 3 weeks and 3 of the same tests back to back to back expecting a different result. He wanted to do a 4th. definition of insanity, no?. I just come here now as I always get the treatment I need and not just a bottle of "maybe this will work" pills and out the door.

I was without a family Doctor for several years until Dr Lau.  I am so gratefull for him and his team.

My Dr Parambil is the best.  I never wait more than a few minutes to get in. She knows how to schedule! Imagine that!

I've had three doctors at this clinic.. all top notch care from the doctors and support team.

Fast and friendly, just a short wait .
