To each and every Member of the CCAC Team, Thank you for the excellent service you provided in helping our elderly family member with self-care while she enjoyed her stay in an assisted living facility. A very special thank you for being quick to respond when her state of health changed quite suddenly, requiring even more care and attention. We wanted to share with you ‘the rest of the story’ which is nothing short of a miracle! On January 5, an extremely efficient, caring and professional team member of CCAC patiently completed a thorough assessment for a human being in urgent need of long term care. On January 16, we received a call from a wonderfully compassionate CCAC representative with the most excellent news that suitable accommodation was immediately available for our elderly loved one. From beginning to end, the transition was complete within 2 weeks! Although we can’t know what miracles are made of, we offer our deepest appreciation to each and every Member of the CACC Team for their excellent care and service.
