Three hours still waiting, my family doctor is away for a month and as it is my medical need came about on the weekend. Many have left after 3 hours of waiting, totally depressed and in pain and it seems if I expired in my chair no one would notice unless I fell off my chair onto the ground. You might say I’m ungrateful and complaining but when I see parents with sick children and elderly waiting for hours it is discouraging.

Have fun experiencing criminal neglect and “care” at CKHA.

I had a really long review, but after consideration I've decided to leave you with a TLDR:  I had a very unpleasant time 8.5 hours the nurses were alright, the doctor was unpleasant and unhelpful and also clearly didn't read my intake form, I would not come here again even if I was in mortal danger, because I simply do not trust the staff's medical capabilities. The only way I'll ever go back is if it's against my will.

APPALLING EMERGENCY ROOM EVER! I lived everywhere from Windsor to Toronto. I never had horrible healthcare experience like I did last night at Chatham ER. It was disgusting and we deserve healthcare..... This wasn't it. This needs to change!

Just garbage. Got old people sleeping in chairs in er because they have no beds. Seems like they just forget about you and don't care in the slightest been sitting in the er for 1 hour  10 minutes and have yet to even see a nurse walk by

Poor quality care. Doctors that just don’t know and don’t care. Too many sick people and not enough data on wait times. Terrible place. Don’t get sick or you will die waiting in the waiting room.

the nurse nick i had was a helpful. the rest of the staff that night for some reason seemed to have held great hostility towards me, and was some unnecessary and rude remarks to say the least.  I found this place of business to be quite unprofessional. would recommend going out of town if an option.

The waits never fun but the nurses and doctors were kind and kept me calm when I am normally very anxious in hospitals. Thank you !

The staff were so helpful and the wait time was good. I appreciate my care, thank you!
