Cha Me Cha

Came in for a snack just before closing. They weren’t too busy and was kind enough to accommodate us but communicated they would be closing in an hour. We ordered the lamb hotpot to share. The dish is tasty but wish there was more meat. Staff are friendly, service is quick, good amount of items on the menu, nice atmosphere and decor. They have desserts from the Cheesecake Factory but we didn’t have time to try it. Maybe next time.

The mobile order menu is a bit confusing and not very user friendly. They do follow the protocol and check vaccine proof for dine in. Food quality is consistent. Severs seem to be a bit amateur but you can tell they have tried their best.

I stopped by to try the braised beef noodle soup. I Enjoyed a Delicious meal! They are generous with noodles and comes with large chunks of very tender beef, bokChoi , carrots and radish. Come hungry and this beef bowl satisfies. The soup is nicely balanced sweet and savoury with spice notes of star anise, cinnamon, cloves, fennel, ginger. You get to choose between tomato based or mala spicy soup base. I chose tomato. I finished my soup down to the last drop. Dining area is spacious, tables are spaced out, comfortable booths, clean, friendly service, online ordering system scan QR code. Would recommend giving them a try, they have many drinks and entree options.

First time and last time to visit Cha Me Cha at this location, maybe I'll go to another location in the future. There's a reason why they only have 3.6 on average out of 549 reviews. Normally I don't give restaurants bad rating since I always appreciate people who cook and wait at the table. However the waitress served me on Oct 10 at 4 pm was a terrible server. She acted like as if we were the ones owing her good service for coming into the restaurant and acted we were in her way by sitting down. One word answers followed by walking away. Also nowadays a lot of restaurants don't offer customers printed menu, so u scan QR code then order online. We have questions about food such as ingredients, size or recommendations etc. She did come over to answer our questions but one word answers followed by walking away. While we walked to the table she pointed then she karen us to the other table to sit. I was surprised that we stayed for food. It was the last day of Thanksgiving long weekend, I didn't want her to destroy my mood. We ordered seafood hot pot and beef noodles. They were not the best but also not the worst either. However IMHO if you serve a hot pot without a burner it's not hot pot. Just soup. Oh I asked her '' no burner'' she answered one word then walked away. Again if the restaurant was super busy and they tried to be efficient, I understand, but the restaurant was not busy, only 4 table occupied.

Got the authentic braised pork cutlet with rice $13.99. Reasonably priced, good flavor and portion although not filling for us. Came to us pretty quick and my food came in hot. Customer service could be better but its average. I dont mind coming back to try other foods theyre serving

I had not gotten a chance to visit this establishment for 2 years, but to my surprise, the quality of the food and the service had not decayed one bit. I always love their sweet dessert here, and their rice/noodle combo is also tastefully done. Convenient location, many parking spots both open-air and underground.

I was given a table immediately upon arrival. You need to order your food from a website after scanning a QR code. Food arrived quickly after ordering. The crispy chicken on rice tasted okay. However, I found a fish bone in one piece of chicken. The server took it to the kitchen and came back to apologize. They said they use the same oil to try fishes.

Kids friendly, kids were given activity sheets to play with as soon as we sat down seems discontinued. great kids meals. Lunch special for dine in between 12-8 for $14.99 which includes drinks.

Came here for the last call before closing. Had the taiwanese popcorn chicken and the condensed milk brick toast. The popcorn chicken was good specially with their sauce that came with the dish. The condensed milk brick toast was on the dryer side. I thought it would have done better with slicing deeper in the the toast then pouring the condensed milk onto the toast. Overall it was an okay experience

No service, rude staff, did not inform our table regarding lunch special, no water, did not provide napkins. When we asked the staff regarding not providing the lunch combo price, the staff blamed us for not seeing it on their mobile menu . To make matters worse, we went with kids and no colouring or kids activities made available to us yet they provide preferential treatment to other tables with similar age children. Would not return despite food tasting decent.
