The quality and service is impeccable. I drove all the way from the south shore just to deal with Michael because he is THAT incredible! I will continue to do all my electronic purchases at Centre Hi-Fi for many years to come. Highly recommended.

Great experience! If you want friendly and expert advice, look no further. Bob explained my options and patiently answered all my questions – with no hard sell. Paul installed my sound system, and demonstrated humour and perseverance in installing my speakers where I wanted them – which required some creative thinking! Buying my first Smart TV was a bit intimidating. I went to a few large stores with little to no help at all. My son referred me to Centre HIFI on Sources in DDO. What a completely different experience this was! Bob greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. He spent an extensive amount of time discussing TV before being able to suggest what would be best for me. His knowledge base was most impressive resulting in the purchase of a great tv at a great price. My next concern was getting it installed especially since I wanted it wall mounted. Again, Bob set that up for me as well, I returned to the store or called a few times after purchase for assistance I.e. getting Helix, adjusting colour on TV. etc. Each time my issues were resolved and I was assured that this was part of the service, to come to them any time if any questions. If Bob was not there Paul was just as eager to help me. I would also add that Karl and his team did a great job installing my TV and spent a good amount of time explaining its functions to me. I most strongly recommend this store when purchasing any electronic entertainment device. There is no way I would have received such personal service or gotten such a good deal shopping online or in one of the large stores I had visited.

Great service, nice to be able to talk to someone and get an advice - knowledgeable sales personal. It's not as big as best buy, but decent selection and overall higher quality, I will be back when the time comes to replace next component.

If, like me, you thought that only big box electronics retailers like BB could offer the best selection of products at the best prices, you, like me would be wrong! So I ended up going to Centre Hi-Fi by accident when looking for a new TV that BB had on sale, but was out of stock. I was totally surprised and pleasantly delighted by what I encountered at Centre Hi-Fi - price, selection, service, knowledge, attention; incredible in this day and age!!! So in the end I bought my new TV from Centre Hi-Fi and actually saved $2.00 over BB's price. I highly recommend you pay Jose and his team a visit BEFORE you make your final purchase decision, and like me, you will most probably be totally surprised, pleasantly delighted and glad you did.

Love this store. Customer service is excellent. Paul and Robert are knowledgeable without talking down to clients who may not be electronics experts. I purchased my TV and stereo receiver here and will always shop here for my electronics. Thank you and keep up the good work.

If you're looking to buy an expensive new TV and you're tired of feeling like you're being ripped off, this is the place to go. The salespeople, especially Jose, will do everything in their power to get you the best deal possible. I've never left feeling like another store could offer me a better deal, online or retail. Simply put; the best.

Micheal, the manager spent time with me explaining the pros and cons of various floor standing speakers and receivers. He was a great salesman, but not too pushy when I told him I would review my options and come back. I did return and purchased some beautiful Paradigm Prestige speakers and an NAD receiver. Overall, a great experience!
