I bought a samsung 4k tv from them last week and had a great experience. The TV is as good as new and almost 40% cheaper than the market price. The sales Man was also very professional and friendly and answered all my questions and concerns.

Excellent seller. Great prices, and very good quality products. I referred friends who are equally happy as well. What really makes their service distinguishable is the their honesty. Had already paid the money and ready to pick up the TV and he unpacked it to do a pixel test right in front of me while could have just let me go instead.

I bought an apple watch from them. the seller was very patient with me. he showed & verified the the serial no. and the warranty period on apple website for me to make me comfortable. he also showed me how to sync it with my phone. over all: good product, good price and a nice service.

They went above and beoyond, testing the tv with me in the store, shipping the order to my appartment, and even helping me unbox it to test it again at my house. This is why you encourage local businesses instead of big chains !

Very unprofessional, the guy who drives a white car I believe the manager? Asked me to wait 5 minutes only to show up 20 later. He was very reluctant like doing me a favor. I wanted to buy 3 or 4 tvs and asked if he would accommodate a deal. He seemed annoyed and blantantly offered to discount 5$ per TV. His attitude was one saying "buy asap or dont waste my time". I believe it is true that in many instances people buy customer service and professionalism, we buy the salesman mainly, the product follows. It is a shame that some clerks really lack customer service skills and salesmanship, had this gentleman known these principles, I would have bought the tvs from him. Went ahead and bought my tvs somewhere else for a higher price however with competent salespeople. Very disapointed, never coming back again.

I bought an lg cx 65” and salesman gave me an excellent service. He took the time to show me and explain me stuff I didn’t know about an Oled tv.

I found Electro-Planète on Kijiji and was thrilled by the service. I bought a new top of the line TV for almost half of what it costs to buy at full price. Excellent products at a great price and with really nice customer service.
