I came in desperate for help, I was working on a big end of studies project and thought I was going to be screwed and lose precious hours of work and not be able to finish it on time. I asked these guys to put a rush on it and within an hour I was out of there with my PC working and my files intact. You guys saved my life, thanks again! Merci beaucoup!

As you can see, the store's owner, Marc, spends a LOT of time answering reviewers here and making up excuses to cover his own lack of proper customer service and his own insane rules... What he claims to be an across the board policy that applies to ALL MB stores is plain BS. Sorry, but other MB stores don't ask you to make a deposit on a $15 item that they NORMALLY have in stock! Just that should make you think twice before going there... but read on my review. Been a customer of theirs for decades but not anymore. Owner is a greedy person that only seeks out profit and to him, customer service comes in last rank and should be paid for. The idiot actually wanted me to go to the store to make a deposit (I lived then about 8km from there) for a $15 mouse pad! His name is Marc... Easy to spot... Just look for a frustrated staffer... that will be him posing as one... but he's the OWNER! The staff is actually scared of him because of his aggressive nature that I experienced myself as a customer... He had a lil' fit with me and didn't give a rat's a$$ about other customers present at the time. The guy should seek psych help! What was the fit about? A FAN! Yes, you read right, a simple FAN! Too bad for that store because the rest of the staff are quite good, specially Peter in the Serv. Dept. but the owner makes stupid rules up as he goes along. So no more for me... His claim that Customer Service is #1 in his book is just plain bovine manure as other MB stores don't impose such ridiculous rules like he does. You'll be better serve at ANY other MB stores. Not recommended! (Go to another Microbytes)

Came here to check/fix our pc. Awesome services. It was quick, clear and he took the time to run some tests for our pc. Later in the day, we got our pc that runs perfectly.

These retards closed the store in the middle of the day, pretending they don't have power, when every other single store next to them (sharing the same walls) had power. This is like a third world store.
