Had an issue scanning the bar code of an item so I had to call an associate to come over to help me, but instead the associate accused me of attempting to steal my items that wouldn't scan. I only needed help, not a lecture. Very poor customer service.
12/22/23 8:30-9pm I saw upper management Elvina berate a customer publicly out of spite and bitterness. Doesn't that pretty well go against everything management skills 101 would have to teach? No customer should ever be treated the way I witnessed tonight, let alone publicly. Smdh
So many self serve machines but only half open all the time. Last night they had one side completely closed off. Why are there so many but they're always out of service? Doesn't make sense and creates an unnecessary blockage of people/slow service. I also went to this specific walmart a month ago to return a battery after purchasing one at the other Walmart with a $30 cash back for the old battery, but they refused to do it at this Walmart and would only offer me $20, even though I paid more and told me that I have to go back to that specific Walmart to get what I paid. The other Walmart didn't understand this and said they only had to type in the code, so that wasn't fair to me either.
went to the photo centre to print almost 70 photos and halfway through printing something in the machine needed to be replaced. i immediately got nervous because i hate asking staff for stuff i just like to be in and out. i walked like 10 steps and lisa was at her cash in electronics, i asked her if she could come replace and fix the machine and there was some issues getting it to work again. she never gave up and helped me get the rest of my pictures printed. very sweet and patient with me. thanks lisa!
Very bad team not responding grocery pick up waiting time 1 hrs no manners
