Good service, spent a hour discussing windows, measures, fabrics, mechanisms. Everything was fine. Price was OK. I would have definitely bought this motorized blind. Then, the clerk prints a quote and tells me it's "inside use only". I cannot leave the store with the quote. W.T.F.? I cannot take a picture of it either. I guess I can memorize it, and they'll "keep it in their computer". But no guarantee they'll have this price when I come back. Any serious business will give you a quote that you can walk away with. That's the whole point. I guess they must not do too much business with companies that require POs. Also, they then pressured me to give a "fully reimbursable" deposit. Ugh? What would be the point? Overall, this leaves me with the taste of shady business and trying to trick the customer. I bought a not-quite-so-nice blind somewhere else. Slightly cheaper. All I was asking for was upfront price quote.
Everything went great, the installer was competent and professional. Please note that the store gave him the wrong dimension for one of the roller covers, and he said he would come back eventually with the right cover. Do I need to call the store to set up this extra step ?
Super service. Claudia helped us find exactly what we were looking for and at half the price of what we were offered at some other place. She took the time to really understand our vision and everything got delivered fast.
Rep Katia was quick to come and take the order and had us paid for half, it was supposed to be ready in 6 to 8 weeks, at the end of the 8 week we called and try to get answers and got the run around, unable to speak with our Rep. at the 9 week after several attempt at talking with someone we managed to talk to someone else and we've been told our blinds are back ordered and there is no time line as to when it might be ready. terrible service to my standard, trying to cancel the order and get a refund appears to be a challenge, stuck waiting... word of advise to other shop around before making a commitment pay. sad because we had very good service with our previous house a year and a half ago.
The service is very slow. If you're visiting this place, give yourself to spend at least 2-3hours. The variety in the blinds are amazing. You will literally wouldn't know what to choose from.
I visited the store looking for blackout blinds for my master bedroom and nursery. I stressed the fact that I was looking for total darkness as my baby would be sleeping in both rooms and needs darkness to sleep. My big concern was the “halo effect” you get when lights comes through the sides of the blackout blinds. Because of this, the sales representative suggested an outside mount which would cover the windows completely. The installer came to measure our window on August 3rd and it took nearly two months for the production. The blinds were installed a few days ago and while the nursery looks great, the installer clearly did not measure the master bedroom window correctly as the blinds barely cover the window!! This completely defeats the purpose of blackout blinds and for the $800 + I spent, that is a huge disappointment. I called customer service and the installer will be returning in a few days to re-measure the window. I was really surprised by the lack of ownership the company took and I didn’t even get so much as an apology from them - just an “oops, maybe we made a mistake”. Pictures for reference - first is my nursery happy with the results second is the master, which as you can see has a bunch of light coming through.

*** UPDATE *** Received a canned response from the owner/manager asking me to provide my order number, but there's no ability to actually add it on Google Reviews. Shortly after I received an automated call stating that the replacement blinds, but when i called was told it would be 2 weeks for next available installation. While I was on the call with a rep I informed her about the review and to have the manager call me as per their reply. Since then? Crickets. Zero follow-up. No follow through. Considering there wasn't even an offer to refund the cost of the measuring service which failed miserably, I'm not surprised. My suggestion, if they can't even do the simple things, take your business elsewhere ******************************************** I was really looking forward to having the last piece of my condo upgrades completed only to be let down. When ordering my blinds I paid for the professional measurements to ensure that there would be no errors. Fast forward to my installation date and the blinds in BOTH my rooms didn't fit! What was the point of paying for the service if it wasn't going to be completed properly? Now I'm left with one blind instead of two in my main bedroom and zero blinds in my second bedroom. Plus I'm hosting someone soon and have to find an alternative that will properly block out light since my blackout curtains that were supposed to be installed, aren't there. On top of that, the waiting game begins. All I was told by the installer is that he'll take care of it, but I haven't received a call from the company to apologize and I now need to re-schedule another installation date which will push out the completion date an indefinite amount of time. Considering I spent $4K for everything, I expect better
Amazing service from Robert. However, after he got promoted, no one really followed up with our order. We asked to pick up the order at Greenfield Park but when we got there, we have been told that we cannot pay in store and that the payment can only be done with the store in Montreal... We also received the wrong brackets.. we got the interior brackets instead of exterior brackets. Had to call and go in-store to pick them up..
Great experience from start to finish. Marie was amazing with her help in store. Profesionnal measurements and installation was definitely worth it. A++
