A good team of sellers! High quality service, they do everything to please the client and to make the client feel satisfied. We bought a matress from this store, the seller man was very patient with us, answered all the questions, gave good advises. The day after when we bought, we realised that we didn`t understand the details of system of payment, so we were back. The vendors provided us with all necessary information and gave us written confirmation and in plus we got another discount!

The sales person was knowledgeable in his area (bed) explains and guide you, but after 10 min he got bored and kept me hanging.

A summary of my experience is as follows: - deceitful salespeople (i.e. was promised certain items upon the purchase of my mattress set but salesperson denied it) - poor communication and service (eg. no return of phone calls from store) - poor quality of products (i.e. oil stains on mattress set) - poor order management (eg. mattress exchanged for another one but box spring was the wrong height) - deceitful company practices (i.e. was told that the correct box spring would be ordered and after two weeks I get a mismatched one with ..........you guessed it.......oil stains). AFTER 3 VISITS OVER 3 MONTHS, PROBLEM WAS NOT RECTIFIED.
