Moores has the worst customer service. The sales people aren't interested in helping you, and asking them questions seems bothersome to them both over the phone and in person. You will never get the same answer for a question asked from one salesman to another. Just overall terrible service.

Brutal service. Came here to rent a toxedo and all accessories for my wedding. Told the woman i was looking for and she left me alone with some some material samples and never came back. She didn't seam to want to help me pick something. They don't let you try the tuxes on either. She told me there are no cream colored tuxes and left it at that. No suggestions nothing. I'll try to find a different store. Not moores. It's brutal.

This gentleman wearing glasses trying to sell two piece of garbage for 500+(199 at the bay). Not very friendly, when asking to try another suit, he become very unfriendly wont ever buy at this store anymore. BEWARE.
