My wife and I purchased a glider chair, crib and some phone accessories the other day from here and we are so happy with our purchases. The gentlemen helping us was extremely nice and helpful. We were able to buy our items at a much better price then their original retail pricing. Everything was in perfect condition and as promised. They even helped arrange fast and great delivery service across town for a fair price. I will definitely be going back to purchase more items in the future.

I emailed back and forth with customer service a few times about shipping and product details prior to purchasing and I always received quick and courteous replies. I ended up purchasing the refurbished soundbar I was asking about and it arrived at my home the very next day. The device looks new, works as described, and saved me a ton of money. I am one happy customer.  I would be eager to do business again in the future.

Definitely forget Best Buy like it’s your ex and just go here. This place is legit. I’ve bought a couple TVs from small, third-party, refurbished product distributors and always had some sort of sketchy negative experience selling defective products, poor customer service. This place is awesome. Communicative, transparent, and trust worthy. Definitely a positive experience. I basically got a spanking new LG OLED TV for almost $1k less than its original retail price. Flawless down to the thread on the screws.

We had the best experience with our purchase from KJ Distribution. I don’t think we’ve ever done business with a more friendly and attentive company before. Their communication is the best we’ve ever seen. We purchased an LG television from them and they shipped it a very long distance to get it to us. It was packed incredibly securely and they ensured that everything went perfectly. Their attention to detail was truly impressive and they checked in repeatedly to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. We were a little nervous to try KJ Distribution because we hadn’t heard of them before. However, we can attest that they are not only completely legitimate, but are heads above other online stores. Bought a factory refurbished OLED TV for nearly $1000 below retail. Amazing prices. It ended up having some blemishes on the backside but they were happy to let me exchange for another that would be more like new. Being that I live far away we came to another solution and I'm very happy. Definitely recommend buying here. Great to speak with over the phone and email. Very communicative and transparent company!

My wife and I bought our computer monitor, computer desk and TV from here and we’re happy! All the purchases were in excellent condition and in original boxes. We bought all of them at a great price and all were great quality. We were skeptical at first but glad we read the reviews and came. I’ll be back for more great deals!

Can't recommend Damon and the team at KJ enough. I had spent hours researching our family's first TV purchase and landed on the LG BX or CX depending on availability and price. Low and behold, I find KJ as a marketplace seller on BestBuy. Moving through to their website I find exactly what I'm looking for, and order the TV. Minutes later I got a call, with the news the delivery could be done same day. The delivery team arrives later that day, is extremely friendly and helps me unload the TV and gave me some great advice on setting it up. We had our first OLED experience last night and were completely blown away in large part to KJ. I would work with them again in a heartbeat!

edit: 8 months later, April 8th 2022 tv is still amazing, 4k 60fps beauty and the magic wand remote is slick and amazing to use with my ps5 when just watching streaming content.  purchased a refurbished LG OLED 55" CX model tv and it's gorgeous. not a scratch on the screen, not a single defective diode/pixel, even the box was in good condition.  They took the time to demonstrate exactly how to open the box and then turn on the tv to test it, perfect again.  After strapping it all back up they answered my questions about purchasing an extended warranty my own anxiety typically leads me to purchase them and I expect I'll purchasing it before the 90 day time limit to purchase it is up.  Very calm, kind, to the point and cautious. Warned me twice about about proper lifting and moving techniques which is extremely important to lg oleds as well as all flat screens, even taking the extra seconds to place items taken out the box to safer locations so they're not accidentally knocked to the ground, and after helping to load it into my van I could not be be happier.  LG makes great products and if you get one that had a defect that was refurbished you're almost guaranteed it's lifespan is going to be better than a brand new one.  Also those prices! omg, the tax is included in those prices!

KJ has been a pleasure to deal with. I live in Vancouver and ordered and had KJ ship the TV and the process has been pleasant, smooth and fast. The TV arrived with shipping damage due to the carrier, not the supplier and KJ took care of the situation promptly and helped to make a stressful situation as pain free as possible. The service is great and the prices really can not be beat.
