Unfortunately I bought a venturer voyager tablet from Amazon, and it lasted from January to May. Finding contact information is next to impossible. I had to harass Amazon find a to get in touch with venturer voyager inc. I still need to reach out to them so I may be updating this shortly. Sad thing is, I only needed assistance with the charging port. 90% of the poor review is on Amazon. But seeing venturer, pretty much only sells to Amazon. .. As you've read this I hope you were sending luck my way, cause Mama needs it.
I purchased a remote control from venturer electronics, gave them model number and they sent me a remote control with out a program number. I called the 800 number and the person on the other end told me that wasn't the place I ordered it from and cussing then hung up on me. I left emails and they never tried to get in touch with me yet.
Can I rate a 10? I've had a totally awesome experience having my RCA tablet serviced/replaced. I was treated like I was special, and can honestly say that these people provide exceptional customer service, friendly, fast, helpful, and knowledgeable. Recommend 100% without hesitation!!! Keep up the great work, folks.
This is my SECOND time purchasing the Delta Pro. It. Will. Not. Charge!!! CANNOT get customer service.. Unreachable!! All #s out of service. It's 3 MONTHS old.. Brand new. Battery draining while charging... No help from anyone!! So disgusting. If you back your product, I'd be a forever customer. No more .. Shameful !!
I purchased this portable dvd about 2005 for trips with my children, every weekend for 5 years. I gave the player to one of my daughters. She has used it daily for 7 years. Last month, Nov 2020, the player stop recognizing there was a dvd in the player. GREAT product. Every device should e made this well.
I read all the bad reviews and wanted to say my experience was perfect. The price of $30 was affordable for me. My 10" tablet got a cracked screen and I mailed it off to Venturer Electronics and my experience was excellent. I got it back fixed and working fine.. Thank You. I called RCA Support once to check on it and didn't get alot of info but was assured everything was fine.. So fo the price that was ok. I got it mailed back in about 2 weeks and could not be happier.. Only BUT, I could not track RA nbr on their website. That forced me to call RCA Support
My RCA tablet needed to be repaired because it crashed during the hollidays. My first e-mail contact with Venturer was on january 3rd, and I received a new one on january 17th !!! Impeccable and rapid service ! I won't hesitate to recommand them.
I think this company is in hiding! I'm not sure how they stay in business I have been trying to get a hold of them forever! I need my tv repaired or replaced! I even went ahead and shipped it to them with a letter and a check! Three weeks later they sent it back to me in the same shape.with no response at all! Im so annoyed, and confused not sure what to do! I have emailed,called,send letters and send the tv spending money on shipping.i wish someone would just get back to me and help fix my problem! This is the strangest company ever!!!!!!!!!
If I could give you a 0, I would..I bought 2 dvd players, and they stopped working after one week..I contacted customer service, and was issued a label..I sent them back and received them back in the same co0ndition I mailed them out..it did not even look as if they had been looked at,. let alone repaired..I called customer service again, and was told they would ship out a prepaid label, which I never got...that was 3 weeks ago, and since then, I have spoken to someone named Robert who claims to be the highest employee in your company...he has sent the label to the incorrect email address four times now.. When I spoke with him this morning, he would not provide me with any information. said the Canadian phone number was confidential, and refused to provide me with the email address that he supposedly mailed the label to..this is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life...I feel like your employees are instructed to give people the run around until they just give up..I am not giving up..I should not be forced to keep defective mercahndise..
SCAMMMMM!!!!! DOING BUSINESS AS "RCA" FAKE WEBSITE!! I ORDERED A REPLACEMENT PART FOR MY DAUGHTER'S DVD PLAYER, THE MONEY CAME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AS THIS COMPANY. WHEN I WENT TO TRACK MY ORDER IT SAID SORRY, NO EXISTING ORDER, BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY. SCAMMMMM!! DON'T FALL FOR IT! CALLING RCA NEXT!!!!
