The Hostess/Greeter was very nice. Great food, chips and salsa. Nice atmosphere. Clean environment. Service was not so great. The server acted like she was bothered by us being there and she was very slow and not very attentive. She didn't tell my wife that the plate was hot when she brought our food to the table so when my wife touched it, she got a little surprise. She didn't ask if we needed anything else when she brought out our food. She didn't bring our drinks until after she brought out our food. I understand people have their off days but in the service/restaurant business you need to be on your game otherwise people may go elsewhere even if the food is great. Would have been 5 stars if the service was on par. We may be back at another time as the food was very good. Hopefully the service will be better next time.

This place used to be great. Now they don't seem to really care about good service. It is WAY over priced. And normally I can even handle that but they also skimp on the portions now. They spread the food really thin across the plate to try and trick you

We walked in on a Friday night at about 6pm and they could seat us right away. The waitress was nice and the servings were great. The only hiccup was that my some ordered a hamburger and they put cheese on it.

I would come back to this place. The food was great and the service was also great. We had the Fajitas and the Tortilla Soup. When in town make this your stop for dinner.

Seriously so annoyed at this restaurant right now! I've been stuck in town by myself with my infant daughter all day because i5 has been closed and we finally decided to just get a room here and eat because we're both starving. The hostess pointed us back to the bar area by ourselves, then ignored us for 10 minutes. Didn't bring a menu or a child seat, or even tell us which table was ours. I went back up front to ask what was going on, politely I might add, then she looked me in the face and went to help someone else. I stood there abother couple minutes and still nothing. Now its the kids bedtime and I don't get dinner for myself. So, thanks Casa Ramos for the horrible service and putting the icing on this already less than fantastic day 😡
