Mt Shasta Brewing Co

I was never at Mt. Shasta before yesterday. My wife asked for a sample of Porter and the lady behind the counter acted like we were really bothering her. She poured 2 inches of foam into a glass with a one quarter inch of beer on the bottom. Then I asked for a sample of their ale and got the same reaction. She treated us like we were bums off the street just trying to get a free sample. I got the same 2 inches of foam and a tiny, tiny sip of beer to taste. I ended up ordering a pizza and an IPA (both of which were good) but I will never go back there to get such a cold treatment. People should be happy to have a job and if they don't like what they are doing, they should quit. Customers NEVER should be treated so rudely.

Great vibes, kind folks, and most importantly FANTASTIC BEER. Especially love the jalapeno brew....wow! Live music on the weekends too. Do yourself a favor and don't miss this gem of a brewery.🍻

I was stoked to come here EXCEPT... I'm young I get it but to not card my boyfriend and tell me I look 12 isn't very nice. Beer was good for the area and priced reasonably. They have some good t-shirts if you're looking for good weed puns. Maybe they should work on making people feel more welcomed?

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was quirky and the beer was good.

We waited almost an hour only to get the worst service ever! The place was so gross tables were sticky, floors on the way to the bathroom had left over trash on the ground it looked like an old run down building?! We ordered food and never once we're we told I am sorry for your wait, not a refill of water and never brought out our food! So unprofessional... NEVER AGAIN! If I could I wouldn't even leave 1 star! And to think they got best business of the year???? Hmmmmmmm!!
