The drive through customer service is spectacular!! The man who took my order was so sweet to my little boy. Made us blown away! Excellent customer service!!!

37 minutes in drive thru... get to window . Out of rice and fried chicken... work area was a disaster and half our order was missing after we drove off. Came inside to get it... had to wait for more to be made. Forgot our beverage and were also out of ice. Terrible terrible terrible. It was also 100 degrees outside at 1230 on a Tuesday. Unacceptable

Why is my order wrong 80% of the time?!!! Been coming here for years and ask myself why I even bothered every single time. Incredibly rude service as well! Couldn't believe the amount of cursing we overheard and the place wasn't even empty! The crackhead staff were literally talking about blowjobs. What a joke! Wish I could give zero stars!! AVOID!! EDIT: Gave this place another try and they got our order wrong yet again!!!! And the staff was rude to us.

No stars, the place didn't close till 10 and we went at 8 30. They gave me the leftover chicken because they had already started to clean up so they could go home. This is not the first time this has happened there, so let me just warn you, stay away!

HORRIBLE customer service. If I could rate less than 1 I would. We started our order (4 meals) and she snidely stated "ugh, didn't I tell you I'm short staffed?" Annoyed we said "no worries, we're patient" then continued our order, as we went to order chicken she interrupts saying "are you seriously going to make me go back and forth?". We left. I would never go here again.
