CARSTAR Kanata

In a word "Wow". I can be hard to impress, but CARSTAR Bells Corners did so in spades. Great friendly staff. I encourage anyone needing repairs to save yourself a lot angst and take your vehicle to them. You won't be disappointed.

Had my SUV into this shop over the holidays with denting + scratching on the door and more serious damage to the rear end. They came in with a lower estimate than another very reputable shop in town, and the work was completed quickly (considering the time of year) and professionally. They also found a rental for me at the last minute when the insurance company's preferred rental agency came up empty. A very good experience in all respects.

I've dealt with this Carstar twice, each time for repairs to minor accidents, and they have done a great job making the vehicle look like new.

I must say my car looks great but not only that, the after service has been wonderful! I have had a couple of hiccups but what a bunch of great staff, So friendly and always willing to help. From a bad situation to a very good experience for sure.
