Carribean Sizzler

Small food portion and bland flavours aren't Caribbean foods or culture. Calling ahead doesn't work, you are lucky to get someone on the phone. Long line ups and lack of sufficient seating arrangement also cause reduction of enjoyment of dining experience.

I have visited this restaurant about 5 times in 2 years. The food has always been amazing and delicious. The service is Hit or Miss but that hasn't stopped us from visiting. The ambiance and service could be better. Wished they had chicken or vegetarian patty.

The jerk chicken was delicious. However it was a very small portion. The rice was delicious. The coleslaw was dry and tasteless. The Jamaican patty was good also. But for the price there are better options out there.

A true taste of the Caribbean, easily the best jerk chicken I've ever had and I'm in love with their plantain. Everything else on the menu is amazing too...if you want tasty yet healthy food, this is the spot!

This is a hidden gem. While I preferred the variety of the platters their rotis are also delicious. Anything on the menu is a fair choice that you are sure to enjoy. Be advised that the wait can be a bit longer than most places though.

Good Jamaican food. Decent prices. Happy to find a Caribbean restaurant in Ottawa.
