We’ve been there twice in the past week , once for my 16 month old son for strep throat , and the second for his allergic reaction to the penicillin.nnBoth times being very scary for myself and my partner - but our son was such a champ .nnWe waited no longer than 2 hours in total and the whole team were so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and didn’t try to rush me out , I actually felt human .nnThank you cp emergency department ! You are amazing

When I went during the day, the ladies at the check in were so friendly and fast! The hospital is small so compared to Ottawa- they are just faster I found. Very attentive nurses and they actually cared about how I was doing because they weren’t rushed by crowds of people. I am going back here again instead of Ottawa, the drive is worth it for the care.

Seeing a lot of entitled people leaving 1 star reviews who don’t understand the dire situation our publicly funded health care system is in.nnTook my partner here after she was experiencing severe complications with a medication. The nurse we saw was phenomenal, extremely caring, warm, and informative. We were seen super quickly, Dr. was direct and informative. Y’all are doing a great job despite the Ontario governments efforts to sabotage your ability to provide adequate care.nnA big thank you to the Drs and Nurses at this hospital, your efforts don’t go unnoticed

My daughter went in this afternoon with an injury to an intimate area. The female ER doc was near the end of her shift but ended up staying to complete the assessment of my daughter as she could tell she was nervous about seeing a male doctor. Kudos to the triage nurse and the ER doc for their efforts above and beyond. We really appreciate it! My daughter is doing well and is on the mend!!

I went to Emergency this morning for severe stomach pain; the care I received was phenomenal. Dr. Dube and staff are very attentive. Thank you too for pushing through and providing answers as to why I was suffering. Thank you
