LOVE the coffee - it's FINE! However, the shop itself seems a bit too 'sterile' & needs to be a little more 'neighbor-friendly'. A suggestion: Replace the chalk board by the door with a bulletin board so people could contact one another (notices, services, etc.).

The wait for service inside store was 5 minutes with no one in front of us. They were too busy creating food for drive thru customers to take our walk in business. Overpriced coffee should have better service.

Great friendly service alway here and a clean coffee spot. This is one of the bigger Caribou coffee stores where they have a lot of indoor and even outdoor seating and also an enclosed room for study groups or business meetings if you can catch it open! It is usually very busy here but they move fast in my many experiences here!

Food was quickly received, but bakery product could be a little fresher tasting, was a tad dry
