Caribou Coffee

I had a 19 year old boy try to explain to this 46 year old woman that homogenized milk and half-and- half are the same. Getting a cup of coffee there was like waiting for the second coming. If a customer asks for homogenized milk just give them the dang milk. I don't need you man splaining to me. I'm there for a coffee not education. Would not recommend this location

I have always enjoyed this place. From the free wi-fi to the new wave music, and the cozy fire place. The smell of the fresh ground coffee, the custom holiday or special occasion cards. A relaxing place that my daughter and I enjoy together. I love this place.

After having a heck of a morning with customers, it would be nice to get back some appreciation when I am the customer. I use thank you, please, my apologies all day long-which rightfully so! I pull up to drive up, no greeting/Hello, Hi, How are you? Anything? Then get up to the window, no greeting or your order will be right up-nothing, she continues to take orders from the cars behind me....she takes a breath and states the price of the drink...it was incorrect...when I inform her that is incorrect, she answers back-huh-she corrects it, that's fine...takes the money-hands me the drink and continues on talking with the next order. No thank you, come again ...rude from the start till the end. Address the customer in a professional way with manners from start to finish-that's what you are getting paid for. I would be putting her in the back to work, not in front because she needs to sharpen up on her customer service skills. Very rude!

Always fantastic, but they do run out of breakfast sandwiches occasionally.
