Disappointed customer! The tow truck company the ones that start with r and end in t Fort St. John had booster pack from can tire and no jumper cables. He gave up too easily and said he didn’t have jumper cables when I asked. I had some, he didn’t even leave them on 5 minutes and gave up. Said doesn’t start. The guy in the house said why did he leave he didn’t get it going, what? I waited 2 hours for the tow truck! So he came out and left it on longer and it started. Very disappointed at -40 that a tow truck company does not have jumper cables? I admit it was cold out I felt bad for him but that’s not the point. I pay good money for a reason!!!

Their online representatives are rather incompetent, wanted to cancel my husbands membership and between 2 different agents and 45 minutes they couldn’t figure it out…. Will have to spend time again now going in person for someone to hopefully figure it out

I just needed BCAA, Jim the driver as well as the ladies on the phone were excellent. So happy I have a membership!,,

GARBAGE!!!! JUST PLAIN GARBAGE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. MY MEMBERSHIP IS GOING IN THE TRASH The same place they found this lady working the roadside assistance line. I've had a membership for 10+ years never again. I'll be filling to get a refund I refuse to let your worker speak to me the way she did she should be FIRED.

Waiting 3hrs plus for a boost….now on hold 17 plus calls to find out why and be respectful when I speak to someone. What about respect for the customer.

Ive used this company for years. And the service packages they offer is very reasonably priced. The customer service on the phone when booking the tow truck and service from the tow truck drivers is always very good and reliable. Id recommend this service for sure.

I'm getting older so i always carry 2 set's of keys but still managed to lock both sets in my truck. So glad to have BCAA.

Service was awesome like usual, called at a busy time in the morning was given a upto 90 min wait...he got to me in 20 min...they always give extra time on the wait time but I've never waited longer than 30 min... whether it was a dead battery, locking my keys in the car uugghhh they have always been quick, courteous and helpful with advice

Wow - very quick service! We had a dead battery and called for assistance. The fellow was friendly and had us on the road within 30 minutes.
