Walked in on November 9th 2017 to transfer ownership & get a my car insurance done.Very Poor customer service and staff have attitude problem. After 2 month, I found out they even forgot to cancel my previous insurance. Therefor I ended up paying extra $800. When I visited them to inquire about reimbursement, they threaten to sue me. I will write an official complain letter to ICBC. I will also report them to BBB. Never take your business here as you will regret it. I cancel all my business insurances with them. Not even deserve a star.

Service 2nd to none. Their commercial Agent did the research and provided us with the best options for insurance coverage for our mobile cleaning business.

My experience has been very negative as well. No shows for three appointments in a row. My personal documents left in my mailbox all day long. I went elsewhere and found out last week my policy with them not cancelled and have been charged for two policies. This despite my calling them to confirm they knew it was cancelled and I would not be billed anymore.They are telling me not their fault, insurance companies don't refund and it may take a long time but they will try and get my money back. Very unreliable and unprofessional.

In spite of selling my house Don Wotherspoon charge me with a year of house insurance and refuses to refund the payments. Stay as far away from them as possible.
