The service is friendly and tea and coffee are great, that is if you can get a fresh pot. For the price of a coffee it sometimes is not brewed fresh. The pots are almost empty with none being brewed as a backup. Just picked up a coffee and two teas today at 3pm, and all were cold. Another day recently the dark roast was empty and had to get mild roast. Another time all the pots were low. Avoid this place in the afternoon. Just got teas again the water was not hot enough to properly brew tea.

This place has gone seriously downhill the last while. Products are not nearly as consistent as before. Taste, quality, and presentation have suffered. What's going on? I used to love this place! And the prices - if you're going to ask premium prices on your products, consider making a superior product. Interestingly, I've seen other reviews saying something similar, yet they are now absent. Did the reviewer change their mind, or is this place somehow getting less than stellar reviews removed?

Pastries are as good as in Paris. Delicious croissant. Lemon and chocolate tarts were just excellent.

Great french style bakery. The bread is amazing! Giant cheese bun we ate before we even got home! Didnt need butter it was so good.
