The store is pretty good as far as my experiences have been. I have visited many times and have never been let down. I always managed to get some good deals, with lots of items to choose from. Their produce and baked goods are always fresh. However , I did manage to see some salads for sale today , which looked pretty brown. I think they needed to be tossed out. Even if it was half off. It was not worth the money. As it would have been slimy and inedible.nPlease staff pay attention to these things.nAnother issue that would be nice to address is the area where you sell your reduced items. It would sell more If you had the price written on the items. After chatting with lots of your customers,nWashrooms could get a cleaning bit more often.nA great store to visit

This store is clean clean clean!! I love shopping here for all our grocery needs. Everything is always neat and clean, products are so fresh looking and it literally has a little bit of everything. Feels like a Costco trip with the amount you find so much there. But don’t worry not Costco prices!!!

We buy food from your store every week without complaint. Maybe little. But my hubby bought blade roast last week pr little more. Worth about 40.00. Very very very disappointed! Thee are more grizzles rubber like and can’t even chew in them. I’m not talking fats that we can chew. More grizzles than meat. I don’t think it is a blade roast at all. Very disappointing

Hot foods manager is extremely rude and unprofessionalnI shop here all the time.nNever usually have an issue.nWednesday I went to pick up two of the new pre made bowls from hot foods. I have bought them quite a few times bit noticed the Chana masala one had barley any chicken. And wax the only one left.nI asked if they had any more. The nice young lad got the hot foods manager for me.nABSOLUTE worst customer service ever.nThe manager was extremely rude and sarcasticnI mentioned the lack of chicken and he he looks at me and sarcastically said “well I guess it’s not for you”. And literally turned his back and walked away.nNot to mention that the date on it was packednMay 14 best before May 21which was the day I was there. Shouid have been either pulled or reduced for last day sale.nDO BETTER ZHERS. Your Manager of hot foods is horrible.

First visit to a Zehrs. The place was massive and so super clean. I was impressed by the selection and freshness of the produce and meats. They have a nice selection of flowers and the garden centre is fresh.
