Just bought a snow blower on black friday. Awesome store to shop at. Murray and his teams are amazing to speak to, very friendly, knowledgeable, polite and patient. It was almost closing time and Murray did not rush even once and explained each detail with so much of sincerity, this I have appreciated so much. This will be my go-to shop for all things home and would recommend to friends and family for sure.
Staff are very nice and helpful, all you need is to ask. I came just from screws which they helped find and had a sale on so bonus. Thanks

I'd give this place 2.5 stars at best. Only cause I'm local and I believe in small businesses. Otherwise...yeah. The location is good, it's easy to find and parking here isn't an issue. The staff are friendly and approachable which goes a long way. They try their best to help. My issue isnt with how small the store is. Its a small hardware store in a small community. Its that they lack even the most basic items. I was in here for basic stuff and I mean basic stuff and they didn't have what I needed. More than once. A few not so uncommon items I've shopped for here and it simply wasn't available. That's my only gripe with this store. Management here has strict policies for returns and exchanges. Other stores will let you return things even if opened. This place not so much. Only if the product is in resellable condition. Otherwise it's a not so bad place to shop.
We shop from here very often but this time you have not provided us a good customer service. I got a flyer at my home for LED torch light for around $4.95, so I went to buy it yesterday Jul 29,2023. When I was at the cash counter, the manager came and told me that they have substituted this product with another small torch light as this was not on sale, and this product was misprinted in the flyer. Hence he refused to give me the item as it was priced and as it was mentioned in the flyer. He printed a notice and stuck it on the entrance door that the product has been substituted. NOTE: This notice wasn't there when I entered the store, neither were they aware of this mis representation on the flyer. I was extremely upset because the flyers are misleading. It means you do not check the information advertised in the flyer before sending out to people. I asked the manager to make an exception and give me the product at the rate it was mentioned in the flyer but he refused. Any other store would have made an exception because it isn't a customer's fault. Never coming here again.
