The lady who works in the Paint Department is probably the worst customer service employee I've ever encountered. Rude. Discriminatory. Condescending. Unhelpful. Unknowledgeable of the product she is selling.
This employee gave the wrong advice on what paint to buy for a home project. Came to return the paint after I explicitly stated that her advice on what I needed was wrong, and wanted to exchange it for the correct item. She refused again and again. I asked for a manager and she wouldn't call one. Then, when I went to the front desk, they told me an exchange was no problem and they would call the manager. When I went back to tell her to do the exchange b/c the manager was coming, she said she wasn't even allowed to do an exchange and only the manager could do that. So, after all the hassle she gave me and lies she told me, she couldn't even do what I needed.
This woman wasted an entire day I had dedicated to my home project, and then wasted time out of my next day b/c she is incompetent at her job.
I will never, ever buy paint from this Rona location again. I suggest others do the same. The lady in the paint department is a liar and incompetent at her job. As long as she's there, my business will go to Home Depot or Lowe's. At least for paint projects.

This will be my first and last time going Rona in this location. I had the worst experiences ever, rude employees and don’t know how to talk with customers. I had to pickup an order. They close at 10pm and I called ahead to let them know I will be there in 2mins to pickup my order. I reached there exact at 9:59pm. As soon as I entered the employee was extremely rude that we are closed even tho i explain that I called ahead she still was rude and didn’t care about the customer. All she could of done is that tell a customer in a nicer way that they cannot do anything and they are closed that’s all. No need to be super rude.

Susan Sharp the assistant manager is very rude. Treated me in a discriminatory manner. Refused to price match major appliance. She said they do not price match appliances period! However, I called over to other Rona stores and they said they do. I’ve been a RONA Customer for 20+ years I am no longer going to give them my business. Management and Staff should be retrained on all polices. Lucas in appliance sales was awesome and he alone deserves 5 stars.

The service at Rona's is awful. Whenever you need help, they never have anyone available. We called for help and waited 20 minutes and no one showed up so we went to Canadian Tire instead. Service at Canadian Tire was excellent and we received friendly and prompt service.
